Algeory is an AI-powered productivity tool designed to help users solve, analyze, and interact with mathematical content through a browser extension and web application. Features, functionality, and availability may change over time.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• maintaining access to your authentication provider
• activities that occur under your account

You must provide accurate information when registering for the Service.

Certain features of Algeory require a paid subscription. Payments and subscription management are processed through third-party payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• subscription fees may recur automatically based on your selected billing period
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
• pricing and plan features may change in the future

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the provided billing portal.

Some plans may include usage-based limitations, credits, quotas, or rate limits. If usage limits are exceeded:

• certain features may become limited, degraded, delayed, or unavailable until the next billing cycle
• Algeory may apply reasonable restrictions to maintain platform stability and prevent abuse

Unused credits or quotas do not carry over unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree not to:

• misuse or abuse the Service
• interfere with platform stability or security
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• use automated systems to excessively consume resources
• reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

Algeory reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Algeory uses artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to generate responses and outputs. AI-generated outputs:

• may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect
• should not be relied upon as professional, academic, legal, financial, or medical advice
• may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect results

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated outputs before relying on them.

The Algeory browser extension may require certain browser permissions in order to function properly. These permissions are used solely for providing core functionality and improving the user experience. Algeory does not intentionally collect unrelated browsing activity or personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, logos, interfaces, and content provided by Algeory, remain the property of Algeory or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Algeory does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• error-free operation
• permanent storage or retention of data
• compatibility with all browsers, websites, or environments

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algeory shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of data
• loss of profits
• service interruptions
• inaccuracies generated by AI systems
• damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Algeory may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

• these Terms are violated
• abuse or misuse is detected
• required for legal, operational, or security reasons

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Algeory may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
