Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made through Algeory. By purchasing or subscribing to Algeory, you agree to this policy.

Subscription Billing

Algeory offers subscription-based access to certain features and services. Subscriptions may renew automatically based on the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the billing portal or account settings.

Refund Eligibility

We aim to be fair and reasonable with refund requests. Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

  • accidental duplicate charges
  • billing errors
  • technical issues preventing access to core paid features
  • unauthorized purchases reported promptly

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • partially used subscription periods
  • unused remaining time after cancellation
  • exhaustion of included credits or usage limits
  • dissatisfaction after substantial usage of the Service
  • failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • temporary outages or minor interruptions

Because Algeory provides AI-powered services with real-time processing costs, usage-based consumption may not be reversible once used.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not immediately terminate access to the current billing period unless otherwise specified. Users will generally retain access to paid features until the end of the active subscription period.

Chargebacks and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or suspend accounts in cases involving:

  • fraudulent activity
  • abuse of refund requests
  • excessive chargebacks
  • intentional misuse of the Service

Payment Processing

Payments and refunds are processed through third-party payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy. Processing times for approved refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
